Kunal Makhey is a music composer from Los Angeles and a lawyer in the making. His aim is to thrive at the intersection of law and creativity. He graduated summa cum laude from Musicians Institute with a bachelor’s degree in music composition in 2019. While in music school, he interned and worked for acclaimed film music composers such as Hans Zimmer and Christopher Young. He is now a law student at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.

Paper Dreams
Paper Dreams is an animated short that follows a young rabbit who loves to immerse himself in stories using the powerful tool of imagination. When writing music for this project, I wanted the musical themes to capture the free flowing imagination of a child and the hope, excitement, wonder and curiosity they experience.
